Core Model
The most common objectives of the parent company often include:
- Central management of an integrated system, both in terms of decision making and project management as well as the actual deployment, while maintaining flexibility at sites to meet the requirements of local processes and procedures.
- Fast and secure implementation at involved sites to help decrease total cost of ownership and increase the return of investment.
- The ability to consolidate or roll up data and processes–from financial statements and a common chart of accounts to inventory or product availability across the organization.
- The ability to share master data about customers, vendors, items, prices, and so forth.
- Make uniform and integrated work processes.
- Increased control of subsidiaries through the application and implementation of standards and global business concepts.
The central organization borrows therefore a Core Model approach and defines the level of this method. From Level 1 to Level 3, it will impact the central team’s involvement and preparation to define the Core solution, the Core Setup, the Core documentation and all necessary materials to ensure the Core roll out.
Deployment Approach

BS4U has a
pragmatic approach to deploy the solution abroad. Indeed, the ecosystem of thousands of Dynamics Nav partners is constantly changing. We therefore propose for each project to define the process to select the best local partners. This method allows challenging them on the proposal, resource quality and checking their nearness. We rely on the screening process tools build by BS4U.
Today, the BS4U staff has already deployed Dynamics Nav in more than 30 countries with over 50 partners.
